Marilyn Cuvée One and Two:
Our Marilyn Cuvées were sold in 1995 and 1996. Both of these sparkling wines were traditionally made, vintage dated, methode Champenoise sparkling wines from high quality Carneros Chardonnay. Our Cuvée One (1990 vintage) and the Cuvée Two (1992 vintage) were aged nearly four years sur lees in their bottles.

Now, the effervescence of her beauty is celebrated with the release of Blonde de Noirs 2004 - an outstanding sparkling wine made in the true methode Champenoise - a hand-blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier that honors tradition and expresses the qualities of its origins in California's North Coast growing regions.
Miss Monroe loved sparkling wines, and Blonde de Noirs captures her timeless allure. The wine was aged an average of nearly two years en triage (on yeast in the bottle). On the palate, it shines brightly with delicate fruit and persistent sparkle. We believe it will delight collectors as well as those - like Marilyn herself - who find a lovely glass of sparkling wine irresistible.
